The SANDBOX

The SANDBOX is a community-focused hub functioning as a knowledge-exchange platform to enable ethical global collaborations. It serves as both a talent pipeline and a resource hub for early-stage tech startups and venture builders. At its heart, it’s a collaborative, experimental space where innovators test, create, and scale ideas with real-world grounding.

Our initial motivation was to address the creative tech industry’s fragmented talent pipeline from the Global South and to shift diversity beyond tokenistic representation toward meaningful creative output and consumption. We continue to champion early-career creatives through mentorship, collaboration, and fair pay, integrating their work into national and global creative ecosystems. This initiative has now become a more north–south dialogue, an exchange of ideas and inclusive design—ultimately aiming to expand the visual landscape and the imagination of the consumer.

​​​​​​​​Our goal is to build a global pipeline of professionals—interns, freelancers, and early-career experts—delivering knowledge, services, and domain-specific  interventions across geographies. Through ethical remote work and collaborative models, we drive innovative solutions for startups and the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem.
